Sport Card & Memorabilia Fall Expo
International Centre, Mississauga, Ontario-- November 11-13th

In The Game, Inc. is pleased to announce our initial plans for the Redemption Program at the 2005 Toronto Fall Expo taking place at the International Centre from November 11 to 13.

One of the most exciting products released in the 2004-05 season was the debut of Heroes and Prospects. Featuring a solid mix of hockey's future stars and greatest legends, it also featured an amazing selection of autograph and memorabilia cards.

"I was overwhelmed last year with the collector response to Heroes and Prospects. Rather than rest on our laurels this year, we plan on making the product even better than last year. That is my commitment" said Dr. Brian H. Price, President, In The Game, Inc.

This year, many collectors are looking forward to the sophomore edition of this product and In The Game is working hard to put together the best product possible. That being said, the 2005-06 edition of Heroes and Prospects will unfortunately not be ready for release prior to the Expo.

"Although it was my goal to have the product ready for the Fall Expo, it has taken longer than I expected to acquire all of the autographs that I want to include in the product. It is important to delay the product for a few weeks to get the autographs back from some of the players playing in Europe and others that have a busy NHL schedule" Price confirmed. “We are collectors ourselves and despise autograph redemption cards. We prefer to release a product when we have all the autographs.”

In order to provide collectors with something to demonstrate our appreciation for their patience, In The Game has decided to create special redemption show cards featuring the 2004-05 edition of Heroes and Prospects.

We will be producing over 300 1/1 game-used memorabilia cards from the 2004-05 Heroes and Prospects product. In order to obtain one of these special cards, collectors will need to open one sealed Hobby box of 2004-05 Heroes and Prospects or a sealed 2004-05 Heroes and Prospects Update Set. If a collector prefers the 2004-05 Heroes and Prospects Arena edition, they will need to open two sealed boxes. We will also be foil-stamping sets of last year’s Heroes and Prospects out of 10. Collectors may choose to redeem their Heroes and Prospects packs for these cards. To receive a card out of 10, one Heroes and Prospects Hobby version pack or two Retail version packs must be redeemed.

The In The Game booth at the 2005 Toronto Fall Expo will also feature a Redemption Program that will focus on the company's Tough Customers Super Box. Collectors opening one of the new Super Boxes will be able to obtain a special Signed Memorabilia card that will be autographed for them in person by a player featured in the set.

On Friday, November 11th from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 7:00, In The Game is proud to welcome minor league legend Bill Goldthorpe, who was the inspiration for the character of Ogie Oglethorpe in the cult film Slap Shot.

Frank "The Animal" Bialowas will be at the booth on Saturday November 12th from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

The show wraps up with former Boston Bruins enforcer Stan Jonathan on Sunday November 13th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Those opening a Tough Customers Super Box at the In The Game booth will receive an autographed game-used memorabilia card from the player or you can have the player sign your item after redeeming your Tough Customers Super Box.

Opening a Tough Customers Super Box is the ONLY way to get an autograph from our autograph guests. There will no paid signings of any kind.

Collectors may also have the option of redeeming their Tough Customers Super Box for a foil-stamped 1/1 Tough Customers memorabilia card. Quantities are very limited as there will only be 45 different 1/1 memorabilia cards available over the entire weekend.
